1. What is ProFIT? What do I buy?

A. Single fitness pass that gives you access to workout at over 250 gyms & fitness studios around Pune. We have partnered with studios providing activities like CrossFit, Zumba, Yoga, MMA, Swimming, and much more apart from our regular gym. Through the Profit pass, you can go to Gym one day, yoga the other, swimming on the weekend or whatever you like, without having to pay extra anywhere.

2. What are the benefits of Fitato over any other fitness membership?

​

A. Out of the people who buy yearly gym memberships, 90% of them drop out within a month, primarily because of boredom and lack of motivation. ProFIT on the other hand believes in making fitness fun and achievable through short terms goals. For this purpose, we have partnered with a variety of fitness activities all around the city so that you never get bored while also making sure that our passes are more affordable.

3.Where do I buy the ProFIT Membership from?

​

A. â€‹You can activate your pass by downloading the ProFIT from the Google Playstore

  1. Signup / Login through Facebook

  2. Browse partner facilites & timings

  3. The "Home Screen " has a "Buy Passs" section, click on it

  4. Select the memebership that suits you

  5. Pay via Debit / Credit Card, Net Banking or Mobile Wallets

  6. Your pass in now active, just reserve an activity & give your "Acces Code" at the facility

  7. Access code is in the profile section of the app

4. What kind of memberships does ProFIT offer?

​

A. We have 2 different types of passes:

5. How does the ProFIT pass work? How do I reserve an activity?

​

A.  Your ProFIT pass is activated the moment you purchase it on the app. Follow these simple steps  to successfully reserve your workout:

  1. Select the category of workout you want to do.

  2. You will see a list of Gyms/Studios offering that workout, click one the one you like.

  3. Click On "Reserve Workout"€™ button and you are good to go.

  4. Give your "Access Code" in the "Profile Section" of the app at the facility counter

6. Can I Cancel an activity after reserving it?

​

A. Yes, you can cancel an activity any time before the scheduled class ends. To cancel an activity click on the “Calendar Icon” on the app to see your upcoming reservations and click on “Cancel Reservation” on the activity that you want to cancel

​

7. Is it necessary to reserve an activity every time I go for a workout?

​

A. Reserving an activity helps ProFIT and our partners keep a track of your workouts at different places and therefore it is compulsory to make a booking prior to each workout. We strongly recommend booking at least 4-6 hours prior to an activity so that we can update you in case of a class cancellation. However, the ProFIT app lets you book a class as early as 7 days in advance and as late as 5 minutes before a class. It also gives you an option to book a class for each of the upcoming 7 days at once, just scroll on the dates on top of each activit

8. Can I buy a pass now and activate it later?

​

A. In case you want to buy your pass or have already bought it, but want to activate it on a later date, please get in touch with our Customer Relations Executive at +917906983409 or write to us at ankit.taneja2@gmail.com

9. Can I go to any class, any number of times?

​

A. Most of the classes and places on the app can be visited any number of times through the Fitato pass. Only around 5 studios out of all have a limited access, which has been mentioned in the description of these classes on the app. Note that you can only book up to 1 class in a day.

10. What is ProFIT’s refund policy?

​

A. ProFIT makes refunds only under exceptional cases if a facility where a user was working out earlier, has been deactivated from the app. We also do consider refunds in case of medical issues and transfer to other city.

​

11. Can the ProFIT membership be frozen or put on hold?

​

A. We have a provision of freezing your pass in case you have a medical condition or are traveling out of the city. To freeze your pass or know more about the same, please get in touch with us

12. How does referral at ProFIT work? I want my friends to experience ProFIT.

​

A. Every user at ProFIT is given their own referral code which can be used by their friends/family members on the purchase of their first ProFIT Pass. On the usage of this code, the buyer gets a discount of 15% while the user who has referred gets a One Week Extension on their pass. To generate your code or claim your extension, please get in touch with our Customer Relations Executive at +917906983409. Please note that the referral policy doesn’t apply on purchase of weekly passes

 

Note: You cannot take two extensions back to back

13. Can my friends/relatives use my pass on my behalf?

​

A. ProFIT passes are non-transferrable from one person to another and therefore can’t be used by your friends/relatives, etc

​

14. I want a particular studio to be listed on ProFIT. Is it possible?

​

A. Please tell us the name and location of this facility by mailing us on ankit.taneja2@gmail.com or contacting us on +917906983409 and we will try our best to get that facility on ProFIT.

​

15. My question is not listed here. What do I do?

​
